Should you dump him? Hell no! Maybe he doesn't realize that your birthday is a big deal to you. I haven't celebrated my birthday or anyone's birthday since I was eight years old. If I know it's someone's birthday I'll probably write them a text saying happy birthday, but I wouldn't think it would be a big deal unless they told me what to expect on such given days. The reason why is because they didn't do a damn thing on the day they were born.
